Welcome to Selah.

A strategically planned pause to take a breath.

I am a Texas LPC Supervisor and trauma informed therapist in Fort Worth, Texas who loves to work with children and adults struggling with handling life.

Have you realized that the world around you has become unmanageable? Are you recognizing signs that you are just not yourself lately? Things are tough and having someone in your corner that can help you get back on your feet. Sometimes we all need someone we can trust to help us unwind the knots that living life can bring.

Welcome, y’all.

Welcome to my website. I am honored you stopped by. I am a therapist and an LPC-Supervisor. Fort Worth is my home and I grew up in Houston. My bachelor’s degree is in Sociology with a minor in Women’s Studies from Texas Woman’s University, my master’s degree in professional counseling is from Grand Canyon University and I am currently working on my dissertation for my PhD in Counseling and Counselor Education from Texas Christian University.

I have a wonderful large family and we have 2 dogs. I enjoy spending time outside in nature, reading, watching movies, and I love mexican food. Traveling is a passion of mine and I believe there can never be too many days at sea. The world is beautiful, magnificent, and made to be explored.
