I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate who earned my Master of Education in Counseling and Development, focused on Marriage, Couple and Family Counseling from Lamar University in 2021, and my Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Studies from University of North Texas in 2018!

During my internships I worked with kids that have experienced some sort of trauma in their lives. In my career development I have worked with a diverse populations, including the IDD community and teaching kindergarten!

I utilize and eclectic counseling style that is a mixture of person centered and cognitive behavioral therapy. With a background in trauma, I feel it is important to ensure your clients feel welcome, heard and accepted by their counselor. It is important to build lasting relationships with the therapist and client.

Telehealth sessions available.

Hi there!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate who earned my Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Tarleton State University in 2022. I have worked with individuals who are working through various challenges including trauma, addictions, anxiety and depression.

I approach therapy from a holistic perspective and believe all parts of a person are connected. I primarily utilize Gestalt therapy, a humanistic method, but each person is unique and therefore will integrate a range of counseling modalities. I also use creative techniques to help my clients connect with their emotions and experiences.

Therapy is about having a safe, unbiased place for you to process and express your emotions. As your therapist, I will listen, reflect, and challenge you on your healing journey. Whether your goal is to work through trauma, manage complicated relationships, or to have a place to verbalize your feelings, I am here to provide a welcoming environment. You are the expert of your life and I will walk alongside you as you develop insight, tools, and confidence to be your best self.

I thoroughly enjoy supporting my clients in a way that makes them feel heard and understood while validating their unique experiences. I look forward to hearing from you so we can create a plan for your healing journey.
